Perhaps no industry has experienced more disruption in less time than the movie business. The introduction of sound, the demise of the studio system, the advent of television, VCRs, the Internet and now streaming. Many of the entrants such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon rose to prominence over the past decade. However one company in particular is showing that age and experience can overcome youth and skill...and it's not the first time it's met such a challenge.
