Based on the new Chair’s demonstration of exceptional commitment and success in building member groups. The Chair works successfully with their fellow Chairs and Vistage staff, and contributes to the success of others in the organization. 

Coaching people to success is my passion. My specialty is in helping people discover the next step on the journey and then motivating them to find their way and achieve the results they desire. I love that process and no matter how many times I experience it, I can't wait to do it again.

I have the pleasure of doing this work in my role as a Vistage chair where I work with executives who want to grow both personally and professionally. After more than 13 years, their forward movement along their unique path of success still inspires me – and drives me to be a better chair and resource for each of them.

In addition to facilitating three Vistage groups, I own Aspire Consulting, LLC, which is my private coaching practice for non-CEO clients who desire an exclusively one-to-one approach to help them identify and achieve goals.

I am a lifelong learner and to that end, I have facilitated over 170 group learning programs taught by national subject matter experts. There is always something else to learn and discover.

One of the things that I find so fascinating is the idea that we are all connected. I have a profound sense of community. To me, that means looking at businesses, customers, employees, and the world and realizing that there is a shared involvement. We are all in this together. We have the ability to support each other and help each other reach the pinnacle of success.
